Vegan and plastic-free dental floss made from corn starch with a fresh mint flavour and candelilla wax (a plant-based alternative to beeswax).
Deposits can also form between your teeth. Dental floss can help remove food debris from areas that are difficult to reach with a toothbrush. With a little practice, you can quickly and easily incorporate dental floss into your dental care routine.
How to use: Take about 45-60 cm of dental floss and wrap both ends around your index or middle fingers. You can decide which is more comfortable to use. Use a new section of floss for each tooth gap, otherwise bacteria can spread unintentionally.
Gently slide the floss between your teeth. Be careful not to press the floss in too hard, as this can cause damage and bleeding of the gums. If this is difficult, especially in tight spaces, gently move the floss downwards in a zigzag motion.
Hold the floss taut between your fingers, about 2.5–5 cm long, and move it gently up and down. As the interdental space is located between two teeth, clean the adjacent teeth at the same time with the correct movement. To do this, place the dental floss around the tooth in a C shape and clean it with gentle movements. Repeat the same process with the other tooth.
Depending on when you use dental floss, either brush your teeth afterwards or rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or mouthwash. This will remove all plaque from your mouth.
